TATA Mundicom

Tata Indicom isn't really serious about its business. The service is not reliable at all. Their customer service can not provide technical solution. The standard answer is SOMEBODY FROM TATAMUDICOM WILL GET BACK IN 24 HOURS. Everybody from their call center/ customer service should call DELL toll free number to understand what is customer service.

Few months ago I had asked to shift the connection. I was told that connection was not avalible within 1 km area. I had asked to shift the connection to next building, which is 50 meter away from the old connection. After 2 months I did not get connection and the shifting charges. I call everyday to call center to get the shifting charges that I paid. I have spent more money by calling their stupid customer support :( telephone number than the shifting charges. If there is problem at their end, why should I spent money to call them. MTNL/BSNL, SIFY and other big business like DELL, HP provide toll free number. Can't Tata Mundicom provide toll free number 1800-xx-xxx?
